Our Motto is BEST SHAPE EVER. Our goal is to help you achieve your best self.  We have successfully trained Bikini competitors, Power Lifters and many, many regular folks who just want to get into shape, be healthier and live a more active life.  We do all this with the best equipment on the market, certified and experienced personal trainers, Fitmetrix software to help you keep track and be accountable, and Inbody machine to track your weight, BMI, muscle, water, bone mass, etc. Our atmosphere is pretty awesome too - we have a a great clientele!

I have been in a Fitness Professional since 1997, while at North Texas I started one on one personal training and growing into sports performance after graduating from North Texas in 2000. I began from ground up at Larry North Fitness as a Fitness Professional and as years of education became a top trainer at Larry North Fitness being a 2-time Fitness Professional Trainer of the Year. I continued to look for more information about the Muscular system and discovered Greg Roskopf’s Muscle Activation Techniques, a unique approach to assess and correct muscular imbalance, joint instability, and limitations in range of motion within the human body. I have treated and trained athletes from the NFL, MLB, NBA, collegiate level, and high school level. I have helped numerous athletes create an optimal muscular system for there sport to excel at the highest level. I continue to attend MAT Master level seminars and continue to strive to keep learning as I will always be a student of my craft.  I aim to help clients of all levels get better and create an optimal muscular system with MAT and Resistance Training.

I have had a great passion for health and fitness for most of my life.  I have never had a naturally friendly metabolism.  I realized quickly that working out had to be paired with nutrition for optimal success.

While nutrition is very important, so is physical fitness.  I have always been a cardio girl who loves to sweat it out.  Once I hit my early 30’s, I decided to try strength training and fell in love with the changes physically that it provides. Strength training has been the key to transforming my body.  I lost inches and become stronger.  This feeling is what empowers me to train others to do the same!

I have been married since 1991 to my husband Keith and have two children, Dalton and Gracie, that are at Oklahoma State.

 My appetence for health and wellness has been a driving force almost all my life. From an early age, my dad taught me the importance of good nutrition, exercise, and balance (PEDD - Pace, Exercise, Diet, and Diversion) applied consistently to everyday life.  That never left me. I continued to learn and pursue a lifestyle of daily habits conducive to healthy living and optimal aging.  Along the way, I became an avid runner and swimmer until my late 40’s when “skinny fat” hit and the joints started to give. I realized then that something had to change if I wanted to continue to live a long, healthy, and active life.  Enter stage left, resistance training, and strategic cardio. I started to train differently. I used weights to build muscle and intentionally fueled my body with the right foods to increase my metabolism and give me an overall better health. I said goodbye to skinny fat and started to support my joints with strong, lean, muscle.  My body shape actually changed for the better and my overall performance improved.  Now I absolutely love sharing and helping others find their best shape ever and an “innergy” for a lifetime!
